If you're starting to near the limits of your hosting account then upgrading is easy!
- Login to your account
- In the navigation menu click Services then My Services
- Choose the hosting account that you wish to upgrade
- On the left-hand side under Actions choose Upgrade/Downgrade
- Choose your new package
- Once you've paid the upgrade invoice your service will be upgraded automatically
How do upgrades work?
When you place an order you will be refunded what you haven't used of the current cycle on the existing service and then charged for the remainder of the cycle at the new service price. The due date doesn't change.
Old Product/Service
Price Per Day * Number of days until next due date = Amount Credited
New Product/Service
Price Per Day * Number of days until next due date = Amount Debited
Total Payable Today = Amount Debited - Amount Credited
